What GPU to pair with FX 8320e

I need a GPU like i said in title, can't make my mind up with GTX 970 or 960 or an AMD GPU. I don't want a high temperature GPU by the way.
Please give me suggestions, thoughts and feeling towards my request.

if you dont want high temps, forget about AMD.
if you have the money, the GTX 970 is going to be better, but if you dont, just get the 960.

See the 960, will it be poor in FPS with 8320E in 1080p, if yes, what resolution will do well to get average 55+ Fps ?

1080P should be fine for the GTX 960 you'll get around 50 fps high-ultra settings on most games

Serious... with my FX 8320e? Well if I overclock to say 3.8ghz or 4ghz i guess what do u think the outcome would be?

Don't worry it will be fine to overclocking to 3.8hhz
