What GPU under $350 would be good?

Im trying to find a good gpu that i can play crysis 3 and GTA5 with. I would also like to know if should get 2 cheap or only 1 expensive GPU.

GTX 770 all the way man. I have it and it runs every game on Ultra no problem. Hands down winner.
