What do you have now, what are you trying to do, and what's your budget? Without that information, anything between a Geforce 8400 GS to Titan XP.

I have built in graphics for amd. i just want to buy gpu to upgrade my dota 2 fps. my budget is 100$

At that price range, look for an RX 460. It's probably fine with your PSU (though I'd still check it) and should be decent enough for eSports-type titles.

That's just the GPU's VRAM, it doesn't matter what your motherboard's RAM is.

You can go for an amd pick or an nvidea pick..You should either buy the amd rx 560 or the nvidia gtx 750

That's just the GPU's VRAM, it doesn't matter what your motherboard's RAM is.

is there no problem if my built in graphics is enable and the rx460 is enable also? and the other thing is my power supply watts is 230. is that ok or ill change also the power supply?

'normal' doesn't help. I'm not sure what you mean by 'ox link'.

I am asking for the model number of the PSU (should be be found on the specifications on the unit) or a picture of the specifications.

230 watts is very low, is this a pre-built big box store PC? I highly recommend at least jumping up to a 400w unit to be on the safe side. If/when you get a new PC you can remove it and install it on the next one. Any aftermarket PSU is going to be better than the one that comes with low end pre-built PCs. Check this out:
