What Graphics card is compatible with my computer?

I've got Home HP PC model: p6527c
Windows 7
AMD Athlon II X4 635
4 GB DDR2
Integrated Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430

I ran CPU-Z
and for motherboard it says:
Manufacturer: Pegatron Corporation
Model: Narra5
Chipset Nvidia MCP61 Rev. A3
Southbridge: Nvidia MCP61 Rev. A2
LPCIO: Fintek F8000

I want to know what video card can I buy and install on it that will be compatible? I want to be able to play simple games like CS and Dota 2 without having graphics issues.

Do you have the original psu ? if i'm not mistaken it's a 250W psu, a card like the 6670/7750 will do for those games, but it requires more than a 250W psu.

I haven't changed anything on the PC so what ever the PSU is, it is the original one.
I was looking at: MSI ATI Radeon HD6450 1 GB DDR3 VGA/DVI/HDMI Low Profile PCI-Express Video Card R6450-MD1GD3/LP

The 6450 will not be good for anything above 720p low/medium

For Counter strike, any GPU will do. For counter stroke source the 6450 can output 720p medium (personal experience) and the 6670 likely 1080p medium/high

Dunno about Dota 2 though

The 6570/6670 can work on the PSU you have but the 7750 actually doesn't use too much more power

Can you find out what is the amperage of the 12v rail? it should be on a sticker on the side of the PSU

I would personally go for the 7750, your CPU is rated to a 95W TDP (close to real power draw)

If you can't run the 7750, it is doubtful you can run the 6670

The 6570 is an option as a lower clocked 6570 but depends

the 6450 is not really a gaming card though it depend on your resolution

That is barely enough for your computer at full load, I would not look to getting anything higher than a 6450 with that PSU and even that might be risky

If you have the budget grab this PSU

I understand. The power supply is only $$25 so its worth it, however the HIS HD 7750 is like $120 and thats too much, I want something more in the $50 range that will do the job. My games are allready running on mid settings so

Then get an 6570/6670, they cost about $45-55

Its hard to find GDDR3 or GDDDR5 versions at this price point

My reason to say that a psu with 250W is not recommended, it's because a generic 250W psu can't output what's promised, specially with a cpu that demands some power like the amd one(confirmed in the the techpowerup link above), those cards have a low power consumption, any decent psu within 300W will do, but a generic 250W isn't recommended.
You might grab a new psu or just the 6450 for you psu.
It should be mentioned that the psu is 25$ after mail in rebate, you have to pay 45$ for it.
So if the op doesn't count the rebate there's cheaper psus out there(you can get a 300W psu, but in the list those are as cheap as the decent 300W psus) :
