I have a small budget and I don't know wich gpu is better for games like CSGO, Minecraft, Rust & PayDay 2.
I am choosing between these 3: ASRock Phantom Gaming X Radeon RX 570 OC 4GB or Asus Expedition Radeon RX 570 4GB
if you know a better RX 570 Gpu (In Europe or free shipping or cheap shipping) then please say so.

Get whichever one is cheaper. Neither card is going to be significantly faster than the other. On a personal note, I would probably go with Asrock, as I dislike Asus's customer service. Asus products do not tend to fail a lot, but when they do, it can be a lengthy process, to get your issue resolved.

Yeah the ASRock is like €3,41 cheaper, so not that big of a difference.

Mostly agreed on that - though I'm given to understand that the cooler on the ASRock versions are, while competent, not that great, needing to rely on higher fan speeds and thus they tend toward being on the noisy side.
Oke, thx I totally forgot about that, because I'm going to record on this PC and I wouldn't want noise in the background 😅.

Additionally, if you're in the US - here's the current RX 570 pricing, sorted from least expensive to most, as of today:

So I found out that XFX RX 570 https://www.amazon.de/gp/aw/d/B06Y64PV2X/ref=psdcmw_430181031_t3_B071D97Y92 and the Sapphire Radeon RX 570 4GB PULSE https://www.amazon.de/dp/B071D97Y92/?tag=pcp05-21 (The Sapphire Radeon RX 570 4GB PULSE has €15,90 or €8,90 shipping) are almost the same price, are these better than the others?

I'd lean in the direction of the Sapphire - the Pulse cooler is a pretty good design.

Using the German listing, I've noticed that the Sapphire Nitro is only €3 more than the Pulse. That one has an even more effective cooler (but it is slightly bulkier, as well), and slightly higher clocks. If it fits in your case, I'd say the Nitro is worth it for that small amount more just for the bigger cooler.

I am not saying that XFX is good or bad, as I have no experience with their cards, but I did have a much older Sapphire a while back, which was a solid, reliable card, and a colleague at work has a Sapphire Nitro+ RX 580 8GB which he is very happy with.
