hi, i've been looking to upgrade my computer with a graphics card, as i do not have one at the moment,

i was looking at 2 asus cards in particular, because they are on sale, in a store right now, where i can go and pick it up myself, but i have also been looking online.

the two graphic cards are:
ASUS Dual GeForce® RTX 2060 SUPER™ EVO OC edition 8GB 3099dkk (450$) ( https://www.asus.com/Graphics-Cards/DUAL-RTX2060S-O8G-EVO/ )
and
The ROG Strix Radeon™ RX 5700 XT OC edition 3299dkk (480$) (https://www.asus.com/Graphics-Cards/ROG-STRIX-RX5700XT-O8G-GAMING/ )

i've also been looking at the PowerColor Red Dragon RX 5700 XT OC (also just around 480$), the card use 2 slots where as both the asus cards use 2.7, meaning i would not have to buy an extension for my WiFi card. (although not buying the extension, i would have the WiFi card sitting in slot 3, blocking one of the fans, atleast a bit)
the webside also say that i would need a 650w psu for this card, so i might need a gpu that takes less power than this one.

I've been reading a lot good and bad sides about both team blue and team red in this generation, i saw some stuff about amd drivers was bad or something, but my main uncertainty, is what card would be best value, and if my current psu would even be able to run the rx 5700 xt.
are those two cards any good or should i be looking for something else completely?

my computer:
MSI Mortar Max
corssair tx550m psu (550w)
Ryzen 5 3400g apu
2x 256gb nvme m.2 ssd
tp-link T4E wifi card
(looking to add an sata ssd soon also)

Solution
All right, easy question. Buy the Nvidia card. The 2060s. Since Nvidia as a company is an <Mod Edit> they have a lot of features in their cards that they keep to themselves (RTX, tessellation) all of which games start to implement that AMD cards can't keep up with and as such. So Nvidia will work the most reliable and smoothest with current games and upcoming games. AMD is an amazing company but until they start to make better cards go Nvidia. Also, fundamentally, the 2060s is about 2% faster for $30 less.
