Question What Graphics card should I get with my i5-6500

Currently I have a gtx 1080 with my i5-6500 (3.20gz) and it is bottle necking it. What graphics card should I replace it with?

You shouldn't. You should replace your i5-6500 with a CPU that is better suited for the GTX 1080.

Games today are getting more dependent on multi-threaded CPUs. Even a GTX 1060 can be bottlenecked in certain games when paired with an i5-6500. So, either buy a used i7-6700K or i7-7700K on eBay; or ditch your current motherboard and CPU and get a Ryzen 5 3600 and motherboard.

Totally agree with MrN1ce9uy as the GTX 1080 is still one hell of a GPU and upgrading the CPU to a second hand 6700K or 7700K will be a great option and it will push the GTX 1080 to it's max.
