So i thought buying a new graphics card for an Asus cg8270 and ive been thinking some allready:Geforce gtx760,radeon r9 280x,geforce gtx660 sli. So the question is can my computer run two 660 or should i get some other card. If i should get some other what would it be for maximum of 550$

(I use my computer mainly for playing (Battlefield 4 etc))

Solution
It's not safe to make a sweeping statement that 'X' SLI configuration is superior to a 'Y' single card.
In games that fully support SLI and scale well, yes, dual 2Gb GTX660s will be quicker than a single GTX770.
In games that do not support SLI or scale poorly the GTX770 will be superior.
It's this lack of consistency that makes people like me deliberately avoid SLI/CF altogether.
It's the blistering performance/cost ratio that makes others choose SLI/CF.
If you want the PROBABLE better performance of SLI, then go that route, if you want more stable (if possibly lower) performance the single card should be your choice.
If I were you, I would get one card and use it with the single PCIe 3.0 x16 slot. As for which card to buy, I'm not sure. The best answer I can give would be whatever the best card that you can afford that can fit inside your case. I don't know the maximum VGA length compatible for your case nor can I find it online.

The specs show a GTX680 as being one of the options, so I'll guess the installed PSU has at least 1x6 and 1x8 pin PCI-E leads-please pop open the side panel and confirm.
Also, run a quick check on the CPU '3rd gen' covers a wide spectrum. Easy way: Start>Control Panel>System and Security, System submenu 'view amount of RAM and processor speed'.
Top choice: HD7970 GHz Edition, R9 280/280x or Nvidia GTX770.
If you're in any doubt about the PSU an upgraded unit will add <>$70.
You'll see change from $550. 😉

I dont need to check ram and processor speed because i remeber them: 8GB RAM and 3.1Ghz quad core processor 😉 and does it better the performance if i get a psu with more power with the new graphics card?

And now the big question is:which one of the 770 should i pick:
-Asus GeForce GTX 770 DirectCU II OC 2GB (1058Mhz)
-Gigabyte GeForce GTX 770 Windforce 3x OC 2GB (1137Mhz)
-MSI GeForce GTX 770 Twin Frozr IV Gaming or Lightning 2GB (1150Mhz)

Depends on your priorities: Noise? Cost? Warranty?
The Windforce is, I think the quietest and the CUII the loudest.
They all offer similar 3 year warranties for parts and labour although MSI oddly restricts its labour coverage to 2 years and their service seems to attract a fair bit of flak.
Prices vary too much to make any solid recommendations other than to jus hunt up the best offer on the day of purchase.
If I were forced to decide I'd go for the Asus.

But i already told you that i got a 650w psu and why not gtx770 because i have watched many benchmarks and gtx 770 is the best in allmost everything but hd 7970 in some few things/games. So 2x Msi GTX660 Power Edition or Gigabyte GTX770 or maybe hd 7970.But i would like to know are two gtx 660 better than the gtx770 or hd7970

Solution
Flip a coin. 😉
OR: If the 7970 comes with the 'never settle' bundle and you want one or more of the games get that. Ah, just seen he XFX part, if it's the DD type cooler, (big, silver HSF, twin fans), expect some noticeable noise under load.
OR: Nvidia cards are a little smoother, cooler running, quieter (sic), burn a little less juice and give you the option of PhysX.
