Okay so I'm not tech savvy at all but my dad gave me his old work computer as my new gaming computer since I've always used my laptop, but the picture on all the games I've been playing is really choppy and lags a lot so I was wondering what graphics card I should change to or if it's even the graphics card that's the problem? I mainly play games like World of Warcraft, League of Legends, Smite, Counter Strike, etc.

What they are saying is right now you are using the integrated graphics from the chipset. When you add a videocard then you will be using that videocard for graphics, so it'll fix the poor performance you are getting now. A 750 should be a good match for that CPU and it will play those games and it uses little power, so it's perfect for you.
the chipset is very old and needs to be upgraded, im running an optiplex 760 with an e7500 and gtx 750. Runs csgo very well and the other games you mentioned are all easy to run. So i would recommend getting a gtx 750 (i got mine £50 from uk.webuy.com)

Thank you so much for your reply. I did some searching and it seems like the chipset is so old that I can't update it so does that mean I have to get a new mobo or?
