What Graphics Card should I use?

So I have this graphics card in mind http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-video-card-04gp42744kr and my limit for graphics card is $100 so is this a good choice? If not which one should I choose? 750ti I suppose. Save your money and get a 750Ti it's far superior for only 40$ more maybe you might find a good deal on it. Also some local bestbuy's sell them so you wouldn't even have to wait to get it shipped and if you had a problem with it you could return it easier.

Edit: Also, isn't that a downgrade? It has 2GB of Virtual Ram vs 4GB.

Yes it's basically the same as the gigabyte version.
