Hello, I am building a desktop and am trying to find a graphics card. My goal is to play @ true 1080p at high setting. Please tell me if a $100-$150 card exists with this price range.

Solution
The 760 will run you around 250.00, the 770 another $100. The 270 a little cheaper than the 760, but it's just a dressed up older card. The 760 is the best bang for the buck right now, unless the 280x drops in price again.
I don't think you would get a playable atmosphere 24/7, and definitely not with new releases in the next year or so. I would suggest saving up a little more and going with a GTX 760 or 770 or an r9 270x.

They have similar performance. For example they can play BF4 well at 1080p on high settings. Not on ultra- you'd need something more expensive for that.

just add extra 30 and go for r9 270 and difference between 270 and 760 is slightly we are talking 1-3 fps for extra 60 $ , besides you can overclock 270 to get the same result as 270x
