What graphics card to I have

I'm a bit confused as to which graphics card I am using; the GTX 760, or the 670. No one I know has a different card name from chip name.

The 760ti is an OEM 670, they are one in the same. When 7xx series came out system builders didn't want to put a GPU from the 6xx series because they always like to use the newest generation.

Laptop GPUs do the same thing, the 780m is the same as the 880m with a few MHz more and it sounds newer. The 670 is faster than 760 non ti so they had to show that 760ti is faster than a regular 760, BTW you couldn't buy a 760ti it was only for system builders.
