Question What graphics card would u guys recommend for this prebuilt ?

Personally, I would have no problem running a GTX 1050 Ti off of that PSU, if it were mine. We're just trying to be extra safe and trying to get all the info to avoid giving bad advice. Look for anything on that label that pertains to the phrase "+12V".

I ran a GTX 1050 Ti for 2 years on a Dell Optiplex 790 SFF with a Dell 275W PSU with a +12V rail rated for only 17A. Never had an issue. Eventually, sold the PC and it's still running fine. I can't imagine HP using any worse PSUs than Dell.

Those amp ratings are max for each rail individually. Together, the load has to stay below 310W (28.3A total).
