what happen ?

i have an asus z87 pro motherboard.i had to turn on pc 3 months.when i turn it on stuck at the black screen who says the pc preferences and keyboard dont work to login at bios with f1.i take off the battery and restart bios ok.now when i open it say cpu fan error and keyboard didnt work again.i restart bios again, after that only the cpu fan error still here.it works but in low speed and all the other case fans is off.i look the conection and is all good.what i have to do

Could be power supply or motherboard.
If your case fans are pluged right into the PSU i would say that is the problem if not then probably the board but I would borrow a PSU first to make sure.

they are conected like they are was before and workat psu .i will change the port that they are to see if something happens.thnx for your reply

today i have the time to connect one of the fans at motherboard and works fine.i unplug one of them, from the cable who goes at psu and try it to the motherboard.but i dont think that my psu have the problem because there is connected and my harddrive. i have login to the windows at start up but the fans dont start with psu.i change the cables port but nothing change
