what happened to my gpu?

Yesterday In the middle of gaming, my PC suddenly froze and I got some weird square colors on screen and I got a blue screen with the error: video_scheduler error.
Is there a way to fix that or the gpu is damaged?

Do a clean uninstall of your GPU driver then install the newest one. Btw what are you system specs? that might help a bit

I see you have a 780Ti. Did you download the latest NVidia drivers for it recently? I had a 780ti and only every 3rd driver was stable for me. You can try to install a new driver but click "clean install" during setup that really sorts things out most of the time..

a clean uninstall didn't help, fresh install also.
