My C drive is the drive that has (perflog, program files, users, windows) etc

So after doing a complete reinstall of windows 10 on my PC, i found old files/programs/games from my C:drive...

So how do i clean it of programs and other old stuff from my previous pc, and make it like just bought from the store.

Can i format it from disk management? Or do i then also remove all of the essentials i need for the main drive (program files, perflog, users, windows)etc

Or do i just wipe all the "extra" stuff i had in my old pc?

You installed the OS on your SSD, and these files you see are on the D drive (the HDD) that used to be your C drive?

Not really, previous i had my OS and a bunch of extra stuff in my C drive (SSD).

but when i reinstalled the os and windows, i still found some old stuff i previously had in the C drive.

So is it possible to remove extra files, but let the essentials for the OS to remain?
