Hi all,

Lately, I've been having some trouble with low FPS in PUBG on my gaming rig. Here are my specs:

Processor: i7-4770K @ 3.50 Hz
RAM: 16 GB
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1080
Only SSD - Samsung 1T

I'm a real novice when it comes to everything PC, but as fare as i understand, i should be able to play PUBG with better than 35-75 FPS. I have all my in game settings set to the lowest.

Any ideas? Should i try and buy a better processor?

Any input is welcomed - thanks in advance.

Solution

So your CPU & GPU shouldn't exceed 80C, if they do then you need to clean the dust from the system and possible need to redo the thermal paste on your CPU.

HWmonitor free works well as it records the min/max/current temps.
