I was wondering what my PC is worth, what hardware upgrade is considerable or if I should get an entire new PC.
My dad said that this PC would only be worth 50 euro's but I want to prove him wrong by asking you guys.
SPECS BELOW:
My case is 18 x 38 x 42 cm.
I run Windows 10 Home 64 bit.
I have an Intel i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz
8GB of DDR3 ram
1920x1080 60hz monitor
AMD Radeon R9 270 video card
Medion MS-7797 motherboard

Solution
It's still a good system and I wouldn't sell it. I would upgrade RAM to 16gb and get a better GPU (GTX 1060) and that would turn it into a really nice gaming system.

Should I upgrade from my 1920x1080 60hz monitor then?

What do you use the pc for?
In what way is it not doing the job?
What is "Medion MS-7797 processor "?

A pc will usually fetch more if it is disassembled and the parts sold individually.
That is because it is unlikely that a buyer will want exactly the same pc.
Find your parts in used condition on ebay.
Then filter on completed auctions,
In green you will see what the part actually sold for.
Your parts are old but still good.
You will not get what you hoped, but more than what DAD said.

If your use is for gaming, A graphics card update is likely all you need.

It is for gaming
I get low FPS on more modern games, and often have to turn the graphics down.
I also have JC3, which is unplayable because of framerate issues.
The processor was meant to be motherboard

What is the make/model of the motherboard?
Probably a moot point since I think your cpu is likely sufficient.

To verify that a graphics upgrade is appropriate, run this test:
Run YOUR games, but lower your resolution and eye candy.
If your FPS increases, it indicates that your cpu is strong enough to drive a better graphics configuration.
If your FPS stays the same, you are likely more cpu limited.

When you upgrade a graphics card, you want to jump several tiers higher. Otherwise you may be disappointed if you do not see great results.

In your case, I think a GTX970 class card would be the minimum. That would include a RX480 8gb or even a GTX1060.

Unless you are multitasking while gaming, 8gb is fine. Few games can use more than 2-3 gb by themselves.

I think a Medion MS-7797 motherboard is what I have.

By the way you mean one of those cards right? My card is crossfire compatible but I don't think I have the slots for another video card.
