Short of a complete upgrade, changing your GPU will make a big difference. Dependant on money a Radeon RX 570 or 580 or GTX 1660 or GTX 1660Ti....other than that a complete motherboard, RAM and CPU change to something like this:

The Ryzen 2600 is at such a good price at the moment so if you are on a budget, the 2600 is a lot of CPU for the money
