any kind will do as long as it fits in this budget range, also i need one that can keep this cpu cool under heavy load and overclocking.

Something like a Hyper 212 Evo or Hyper 212 LED should work perfectly for some overclocking, however you can always consider an AIO or a custom loop with a small dual rad of some sort with a D5 pump and a water block or mono block for better overclocking.

Scythe Ninja 4 at Newgg $40 gets my vote. It takes up some space though. 130mmx130mm PLUS fan. Might hit RAM if you have tall heatsinks.
