what heatsink and CPU fan?

I'm a bit clueless on this I want to add a new heatsink and cpu fan as the stock fan is loud as hell but not sure what will fit.


My mobo is a fm2-a55m-e33 and the case is this one

What you need on that motherboard is a top-down blower design to cool the vrm area.

I tested both on AMD systems and i was satisfied.

That cooler is not universal and overheats vrm area on cheap motherboards like his.
