what heatsink best for many case fans

I have lets say 8 case fans and I want to really utalize that factor with a cooler and idk if I'm going with a huge heatsink or just wide, what's best cooler for that, price isn't a problem within reason and yes I know watercooling but I want air

I dunno what's going on but in the last 4 - 6 weeks air cooler costs have shot up $20

here's the two top performers compared against some water cooling options ... air coolers kick some tail here

Among those 2, I'd rather have the 5 dbA advantage of of the Noc than the 1C advantage of the R1
