what if i have an integrated graphics chip on my processor, but have a separate graphics card.
processor: AMD A8-5600K
graphics card: GTX 650 TI BOOST 2GB DDR5 128 BIT

you can disable the integrated graphics on the cpu, it's not used

they wont work together if thats what you're wondering (in your situation at least). It generally disables onboard/built in gpus when you plug in a discrete graphics card. some amd gpus and apus and gpus will "crossfire" together, but it definitely wont work from amd to nvidia.
