my computer turned on and this is what popped up in a box with a black screen behind it.

I am not a computer person. What do i need to do to get it back to normal? Oh, and the screen says safe mode on all 4 corners. Ahhhh i dont know what to do

open run (win+R)
type "msconfig"
open "boot" tab
at below "Boot option" uncheck "safe boot"

Does it have a SSD or a HDD . CPU type? , ram amount?
