What is a bad image problem in windows xp

Hello,
I am getting the message at startup the application or dll c:/windows/system 32/lakutufo dll is not a valid windows image. Please check this against your installtion diskette. What does this mean. How do I fix it? Has my private info been compromised. Thanks in advance for your help

You could also try running system restore. Set the system back to the time before the malfunction started.
