What is a good affordable CPU Cooler for intel i7 4770k haswell?

Hello I plan on overclocking in the future by for now i am not overclocking. I am using the CPU Cooler that the processor comes with. When it's idle it is around 43-46. But when I start playing some intense games such as minecraft and planetside 2 the temperature rise up to 90. Here is my spec.

Oh, okay good, and yes. After market fans usually come with some or you can buy some nicer stuff like arctic silver

Best practice is that you should completely clean off the old thermal paste and reapply it with paste every time you take your heatsink off of your processor, to insure you're getting the best temps.

Take rubbing alcohol 70% or higher and coffee filters. Apply it too the filter and rub the grease off of the processor and heatsink until it's fully gone. Let it dry for a minute then apply new paste.

There's many ways to do that the easiest is to apply a pea sized dot on the middle of the processor and then put the heatsink on. the pressure of the heatsink being tightened will spread the compound

I just installed a Hyper 212 Evo on my AsRock 1150 MoBo in a MicroATX. Temp run between 48 to 60 C. It comes with thermal paste.

Is that a pretty good temperature? And also do you have that temperature when its idle or when its loading programs?

Artic silver 5 is awesome and I'd go for an Antec Kuhler 620, I'm getting 29C in bios for CPU temp. Great combo, and bang for your buck!!

I've seen someone have this same issue before. Make sure you plug your CPU cooler in the the CPU power port on the motherboard, not the system fan power port. When you have it plugged into the system fan power port on the motherboard and start loading the CPU, the CPU Fan doesn't speed up. That was probably your issue. by now you probably have a new cooler. Make sure you have that plugged into the right port too.

Noctua d14 is very nice. Huge but quiet. Currently running my 4770 at 1.175 volts 4.2 ghz 65 deg C degrees full load and 27 deg C idle.

IMVHO there isn't a "best" solution. I have a Dell XPS 8700 with an i7 4790 that runs BOINC 24/7. The chip cooler is a Noctua NH12. The cooler's lower fan is connected to the MB's 4 pin CPU fan connector. I have a 90mm fan on the OUTSIDE of the rear of the case sucking hot air out. It's connected to the MB's 3 pin aux fan connector. The following fans are connected to a ModMyToys 6-Pin Power Distribution PCB - 5-Way Block: a Noctua NL12 chip cooler upper fan; a Noctua 90mm fan mounted to the front air intake at front of the case; a generic 60mm fan mounted on the OUTSIDE of the power supply. These last 3 fans run at their respective maximum speed. I have Cupid HW Monitor running. The chips highest temps are in the low 60's.
