Hey guys,

So I'm looking for a very good IPS monitor meant or graphics art design and also for editing pictures.

The budget is capped around $450 but feel free to suggest any monitors if it costs just a bit more than the max budget in case I decide to make exceptions!

I was thinking of getting the Dell U2413 or possibly get the ASUS PA249Q but not sure. I heard both are decent monitors but there are also other great monitors out there that I do not know of.

Right now I'm leaning more towards the U2413 but want to see what you guys suggest.

Also, do you guys suggest any other monitors such as from HP, NEC, Viewsonic, etc?

Also, I'm not sure whether or not to get standard or wide gamut and not sure how important is AdobeRGB compared to the sRGB if you guys can quickly educate me on that.

Thanks! :)

Well, I hope it'll work well for you, I hope the 5ms response time won't be a problem, the only other 1440p 1ms monitor I saw was $800, so I don't think you want to add another $300 :)

I have no clue, right now I use a TV as my monitor since I don't do video editing or hardcore gaming like most people do.
