Hello.
My Win 10 in an Acer ultrabook suddenly disappeared and I could not even use the Recovery tool to get it back.
The I tried a fresh installation of Win 10 but was not accepted because the partitions were GPT and not ntfs-
This never happened to me before.
How can I solve this problem?
Thanks a lot and b est regards

A GUID partition table (GPT) is the modern update of the old MBR partitioning method. Windows 10 uses GPT but the format is still NTFS. If you don't care about any data on the ultrabook, I would just do a clean install, select custom, delete all partitions and install to the single remaining unallocated space. W10 will create the needed partitions and format to start the process.
