recently in a thread ... someone said that it looked like my pc had a half height PCIE slot and i couldnt game wiht that .... i would like to know what he meant
ALSO IF I POST A PIC of inside my PC WILL SOMEONE BE ABLE TO TELL ME IF I CAN MOVE THE COMPONENTS TO ANOTHER CASE?

Solution
Could mean that you have a low-profile system and can only use low-profile/half-height graphic cards or he could mean that the motherboard does not have a PCI-Ex16 slot, but a PCI-Ex4 or PCI-Ex8 slot that would not fit a PCI-Ex16 graphics card.

Yes, if you posted some images, we could probably tell if you could move to another case.

a PCIE slot is where a GPU is installed, it provides limited power and a high speed connection to the rest of the PC components.
a 16x slot (the whole PCIE slot is filled with connection pins) is the preferred slot as it provides full bandwidth, an 8x slot is the same as a 16x slot but has half the connecting pins (meaning half the bandwidth), and an 4x slot is the least preferred as it provides only one quarter of the bandwidth, you can use any GPU perfectly on an 16x or 8x slot, only AMD/ATI GPUS support the 4x slot currently.

if a picture is provided of the PC internals we should be able to tell you if it can be moved to a new chassis

hope this helped you understand a little better

update: re-read the description, a half height slot will be half the height of a regular PCIE slot, the 2 cards i know of that fit in it are a 5450 and a 250. very low tier GPUS fit in those slots as they are usually designed for a HTPC (home theater PC)
