What is a powerful CPU for lga1155

Im looking to make a 2nd gaming rig so me and my friends can play together
So far I have a case a power supply (500W) and a motherboard (Asus P8H61-M LX)
I need a bit of help picking gpu and cpu
I have about 300 for the GPU and 200 For the cpu.
More powerful than a i5-3550
I have 8 GB ram and an ssd

Out of this list what one would be the best price per performance
i7-3770 209 NZD
i7-3770K 315 NZD
i5-3550 105 NZD
i7-2600 160 NZD

If i7-2600 would be 50% better, i7-3770 100% better and i7-3770K 200% better than i5-3550 then they all would have same price to performance ratio.
But since i7-2600 is only 3% better, i7-3770 14% better and i7-3770K 21% better (26% if OCd) than i5-3550, none of the other 3 CPUs aren't better by value.

Conclusion:
best price: i5-3550
best performance: i7-3770K

best value: i5-3550
