Question What is best AIO liquid cooling or Air

Building a PC, going with the i7 14700k processor. What cooling system would be best with this processor. Thanks

What sort of a case are you working with? What is your budget for your cooler's purchase? Where are you located? Preferred site for purchase of cooler for your processor?

No budget, whatever is best is what I'll get. Got an iONZ KZ22 V2 case ATX. No preferred site so long as it is not a little unknown site, ebuyer, amazon, CCL something like that.

I have built pc before but used to get barebones systems and add parts this is going to be my first from scratch build

Usually a researcher would download the manual for the case and study that for guidance but that doesn't seem possible. The website for the case you have implies that it will hold a 420mm radiator. So you could start researching those. Its been claimed that the Arctic radiators are the best but they are thicker than most models so you could research whether one of those will fit in your case.
