thats a tough one. The I5 has a higher min clockspeed and a higher turbo frequency too. From a gaming standpoint (right now at least) the faster clock speed will make more of a difference.

Yes. Not huge; both are still low-power 2-core chips, but the later iteration U-series chips have significantly improved performance and higher clockspeeds.

7200 is better in every way, higher clockspeed, same # of cores, newer chipset and DDR4, and a better iGPU
