what is better zotac 760 or zotac 760 amp edition

hello, i want to buy a video card n in my locality only zotac is currently available rest others are sold out... so i want to ask is zotac 760 amp edition 2 gb any better than zotac 760 (which is almost a reference card) are there any heating or underclocking and performance issues ? i probably will play at 1080 ,40-50 fps , with i5 4440. which one's better ? or should i wait more ? and what about MSI NVIDIA N760 ?

Much Difference You Should Get Amp Edition That's Better And MSI NVIDIA N760 Is Also Good But Get Zotac's 760 Amp Edition With It You Can Get Easily 40+FPS On 1080p On Ultra Settings With Maximum Games
