if you have at least 8gb 1600ghz ram (4gbx2) then the 640 would be better. bot for about 109 you can get a gt 650 ti and be even better. unless you already have the other 2 then 645 for sure

no budget? then get either a gt 770 or a r9 280x

Ok, I asked because the GPU`s you mentioned are not that good. For around $200 you could get a r9 270x and for $300 a r9 280x. What PSU do you have?

in my opinion both would be great

The gtx 645 should be faster if you don`t plan to get a better GPU but you can`t run on highest settings and AA+AF with good fps.
