Question what is causing my new keyboard to work erraric

A few months ago i had to buy another keyboard for my win 7 desktop. It was the Logitech type. At times it seem to work normally, but lately i find myself retyping some words that i know for sure that i entered it correctly. I have been typing for over 30 years. as an example i would start a sentance and reread what i typed and noticed the word 'and' was interspersed a few times and i did not even typed it. I don't kow how to correct this and although you will not see the 'mistakes' i made in this post cause i edited it. Any ideas what is going on here? I have used other keyboards in the past but they all acted normally. Is there something in the software that i need to check out and if so, what?

Is it a wireless keyboard ? ( out of range ?)
Does the problem occur in all software that you type into or is it isolated to a word processing package such as MS Word ?
Make/model would help community.

No. its usb connected and i do not even use word processor , just response to emails and at times asking support, such as here. or other Forum sites.

Sorry ......been away a few days, but the promblem still exista. ...ie....today I asked Google a question about defining a word that consed me and every other word was 'and" was included as an exampe? Define and the and word discombobulated and etc 'and' is added in increments Is this typical of a Logitech keyboard?
