Question What is causing my screen to go black and come back with no sound when i am watching a video or youtube

I have recently installed the latest video drivers. I have to restart the computer everytime it happens to get the audio back.
I'm not sure what is causing this issue

What browser do you use to watch Youtube? Does it happen with other browers?

What app do you use to watch a video file from your computer? Does it happen with other app?

If it still happens with whatever browsers you tried (Edge, Firefox, Chrome) and whatever apps you used (Media player, VLC...), it could be a hardware or drivers related problem.

Have other users reported the same on the manufacturer's website for your monitor? Are you absolutely sure you installed the right video drivers? Check to see if you have the correct video drivers for your monitor.
