What is Chelper.exe?

I'm running Windows 7. I keep getting this chelper.exe running 1 or more times in my task manager processes. Each chelper.exe uses 25%of my cpu. I can't end the process. I find it in a folder called Ihelper. I can't remove it because it says the process is running. I go in safe mode and remove that folder but it comes back and runs again and again. Any idea what this is and how to stop it. Thanks.

Thanks, but that references cthelper.exe, the one I have is chelper.exe. Not sure if that is the same thing

Thanks. Do you know how to disable this service? I don't use any bluetooth devices and it just keeps wasting cpu.

Disable the bluetooth device in bios or via the the bluetooth driver. The driver typically has a gui behind the taskbar icon, where you can disable it.
