What is code 43 when a usb device is not working on d window

usb devices re not working my laptop,its tells me system doesn't recognize it that it encounter code 43 error

Install the latest motherboard chipset drivers which should upgrade the INF for the USB controllers. Doesn't seem to effect Intel chipset based motherboards a lot, but definitely effects nVidia chipset based motherboards.
