Question What is consuming space?

I have a Toshiba 4TB external HDD with one folder utilizing 360 GB's. I cannot add anything to the folder because windows explorer say there is not enough space. The properties show the disk being full despite the only folder on it consuming just the 360 GB's. I don't have 360 GB's available on any other disks to back it up and format the Toshiba. Any advise?

Download and run WinDirStat and see what it picks up on the drive. You may need to run it as an administrator as well.

Update

Download and run WinDirStat and see what it picks up on the drive. You may need to run it as an administrator as well.

Folders aren't size restricted.
Drive or partition is.

Install and run either WinDirStat, or WizTree.

Run as Administrator, selecting only the drive in question.
Post a screencap here.

Also, a screencap of your Disk Management window.
