What is CPUTIN?

Hello, i've had a problem with my computer crashing while playing games for a while. The computer crashes and tries to restart. I've been checking tempatures with HWmonitor and it says that my CPUTIN is 90*c (193*F) hot when playing games
however the Cores only gets 50*c (129*f) at max.
