Question What is going on with my computer

So i consider myself fairly competent when it comes to computers so the fact that i dont know what is wrong has really got me stumped but something is VERY wrong with my PC . It's incredibly slow ( despite having gaming level parts) and some programs either wont load at all, or just pinwheel forever and never end up working. There will also be times, where my PC will basically just totally lock up, as an example, if im in chrome and i wanna switch tabs it just... won't, i have to control alt delete to get it to respond to my commands. ill leave my parts listed below but i have no idea what is going on, the only thing i can think of is a drive is failing but i did a dskchk and it came back clean.

mobo- gigabyte b650p wifi,

kingston beast 5200 mhz ( 64gb)

7900xtx,
