I have a monitor that started flickering bands of faulty pixels. There is also a ticking noise accompanying the flickering.

Everything was fine, now it is constant.

Other monitors are fine.

I tried other monitors plugged in the same port on the GPU, and they are working fine.

It is not the cable either.

What can that be?

Here is a short video of what it looks like.

If other panels are not exhibiting the same issue while on the assumed faulty monitor's display output port, then the issue can be compounded to the monitor being the fault. I'm assuming you swapped cables to rule out a faulty/failing cable?

You should pass on the specs to your build, like so;
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
