Question What is happening

Okay so from the day i downloaded netflix i had problems with this, i watch it through hdmi on tv and my pc ,who worked perfectly before netflix, suddenly gives me black screen and a weird sound from speakers for few seconds, than i need to restart and it works normally, it stopped at one time but today it happened again i dont know what it is but on my amd drivers program i forgot its name says unsuspected crash occured or something like that ehat should i do??
