What is it the best time to upload to YouTube?

Hi, I'm getting dry in terms of views, so it seems I'm in Eastern Europe time zone, what is it the best time for me to upload stuff to YouTube? I think nights are somewhat good but I'm not sure, I'm looking for hours not days,

Since YouTube is a global service that's available 24 hours a day, there is no "best time" to upload videos. Their servers are probably being hit the same amount at all times of the day.

If you are making content for your countrymen (in your local language), you'd better make it at night so they could see it all day long starting by the morning.

If you content has continental or global coverage, it doesn't matter when you upload it.

Either way, the quality of your videos is the most important factor to increase views count.

I've had a lot of success with publishing YouTube content late at night (2AM PST - 4AM PST), and on a regular basis. Those two behaviors go hand-in-hand if you're looking to be successful on YouTube.
