hi,

so cpu-z game those spec for my crucial ram 12gb ddr3-12800 1600 cl11 does it mean i have 6 choices timing possible?

why should i choose jedex 1 and why jeddex 6 ?

JEDEC timings table CL-tRCD-tRP-tRAS-tRC @ frequency

JEDEC #1 6.0-6-6-16-22 @ 457 MHz
JEDEC #2 7.0-7-7-19-26 @ 533 MHz
JEDEC #3 8.0-8-8-22-30 @ 609 MHz
JEDEC #4 9.0-9-9-24-33 @ 685 MHz
JEDEC #5 10.0-10-10-27-37 @ 761 MHz
JEDEC #6 11.0-11-11-28-39 @ 800 MHz

Solution
SPD TABLES gives your computer default modes to run the RAM with timing to run your memory at depending on what speed you select. All speeds listed in Mhz are the base clock which is half of the advertised speed because it is DDR memory and has clock doubling tech so what is called 800Mhz in JEDEC #6 is effectively 1600Mhz and that is what the RAM manufacturers will advertise the RAM at. Now JEDEC tables are standard timings programmed into the SPD tables of the RAM. They tell the computer what settings to run the ram at for certain speeds. For more info wikipedia has articles on JEDEC and SPD, or you can google them..
