Actually what is that ?? What is the use that ? I got a new PC should I install it now in my PC ???plz answer

If you just built a PC, you do need to install the drivers that came with the motherboard. If you don't then some of the hardware on the motherboard may not work. Network devices, USB, audio are the three most likely things to not work correctly if you don't install the motherboard drivers.
