Question What is my ram Mhz?

Hello all, I need to buy a new 4GB of ram so I needed to know what is the ram installed Mhz so I can get the same as it, so I searched a little bit but I didn't seem to understand what I've seen on CPU-Z and CMD, so I need some help recognizing how much Mhz my pc using now!

Because it they weren't purchased as a RETAIL kit , there is still a chance they won't run together.

So what is your advice of getting new ram ?
Should I take the rams to the shop I will buy from and tell them I need buy new ram matches with the installed ones ?

I would let them take on responsibility of getting you a pair or make sure what they provide works with your current module.
