[SOLVED] What is my System Drive?

I have my main drive partitioned, and have installed, upgraded, crashed, reinstalled, to the point I'm confused about what is what. I would upload a photo, but It doesn't allow me, so I've gotta use 1000 words, I guess...
On Disk 0 I have 2 partitions
D: is 103.5GB NTFS HEALTHY (System, Active, Primary Partition)

C: is 129038GB NTFS HEALTHY (Boot, Page file, Crash Dump, Primary Partition)

Can either of these be deleted to erase one partition, and expand the other to have the whole drive available in one partition?

Extra info: On D: drive, system storage says there is 30GB used for apps & games, but when I click on that tab, it is empty.
I need more space on C: because memu emulator has expanded to take up over 85 GB, and I'm not sure how moving it to an external will affect cpu usage/response time, and setting it up for my 17 different accounts is not a fun task to just try this and that to see how it works.

Thanks for any assistance!

It seems to me that your system drive, Primary Partition, is shared on 2 drives as it exists on both C and D, but the Boot, Page file and Active System are on different drives (Siamese twins). This can be the result of installing the Operating System while two drives were connected to your Motherboard at the same time. The next time you install your OS, make sure that only one drive is connected.

Thanks for the assist, but I've already written it out, and I hate that way of posting pics because it's a hassle to do and the link ends up breaking, leaving the post looking stupid and incomplete.

Do you have any input on the drive issue?

Yes, its a pain. But a screencap is the One True Way.
