what is PCB on my hp 2000 notebook

I'm trying to install raylink a away to connect to internet and one of the steps says I have no PCB. Ive used this link before no problem. Now I can't reinstall it.

Are you sure the PCMCIA card is properly seated? If so, look in device manager to see if it is recognized. If it is then take a look at the following link.
