I understand that Prescott is going to be intel's new chip and that the P4EE came out of nowhere and is going to be released before prescott, and I'm planning on building a new PC soon and am wondering if I should go with the P4 EE
Or just wait for prescott since it still seemingly is going to be released soon as well (hopefully). Is there going to be a big difference, from your expert opinions, between the two?

P4EE will be highly overpriced, just as 2MB XEONs are. I'd go with a Woody, or wait for the Prescott.

Oh BTW feller, when he says "Woody", crash means "Northwood core". When I started this post I was about to ask what he meant by woody, but I guess I figured it out at the last moment.

My OS features preemptive multitasking, a fully interactive command line, & support for 640K of RAM!

you really want to know what is prescott exactly?
